I was born in Welland, Ontario and spent years working in senior leadership positions (nonprofit) before being bit by the real estate bug.  Doug is married to the woman he met in High School and together they have raised four children and love their two dogs. They have resided in Welland for the past 12 years, enjoying building memories as a family in the Niagara region.
