Marietta grew up on her family’s flower farm in Jordan, Ontario, where she cultivated a love of flowers and enjoyment of nature. Marietta has always been around her family business where team effort is what made the job enjoyable and done well. In time, she was promoted to manager and director of sales for the company, managing a team to propagate and process while also selling the various flowers grown on the farm to customers. She learned that to be a good team leader is to serve, be organized, communicate, and listen well. Exceeding customers’ expectations is always her goal.

Marietta loves to travel with her husband Greg, and they are always talking about their next adventure. If she’s not baking, reading, or working, you’re bound to find her off in her garden angry at the bugs and weeds, smelling the newest blooms, and creating spots for new plants.
